Acupuncture and Chinese medicine are holistic healing modalities that have been practiced for thousands of years, rooted in the principles of balance, harmony, and the body's innate ability to heal itself. At its core, Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) views health as the smooth flow of Qi (vital energy) through meridian pathways in the body. Acupuncture, one of its most well-known practices, involves the strategic placement of fine, sterile needles at specific points to restore balance, relieve pain, and support overall well-being. Alongside acupuncture, Chinese medicine incorporates herbal remedies, dietary therapy, cupping, and other techniques to address a wide range of conditions by treating the root cause rather than just the symptoms. By working with the body's natural rhythms, acupuncture and Chinese medicine offer a gentle yet powerful approach to healing, supporting physical, mental, and emotional health.
