Steve Brodsky, LMT, has been part of the health and wellness field since 1999. He studied Thai massage and yoga while traveling and living in Southeast Asia. He became a licensed massage therapist in 2006. He has taught Breema classes and workshops throughout the PNW since 2010. He has also incorporated various modalities into his practice, such as trigger point, myofascial release, deep tissue, and passive stretching techniques.
Steve understands the body has the ability to self heal when given what it needs. Each treatment is unique, rooted in presence with an atmosphere of acceptance and deep listening. Every person is supported to touch into their own essential vitality, release what is no longer needed, and experience a new sense of well-being.
Every session is an opportunity for change. Whether it's to address chronic pain, anxiety, sleep difficulty, PTSD, or just an overall wish to feel better in your body, Steve is here to support you.
In addition to his practice, Steve enjoys carrying for his property in the country with his wife and dog, hiking, camping, yoga, and spending time with his daughter and grand baby.
